Day 57
Mid-Term Report

HydroRush Day 57 Soil Report

Funny thing at The Garden Spout this morning.

Owner Hank Carver commented that the guys were wondering if I was upset about something since my trips to photograph the pepper plants have been in-and-out quickly trips.

I definitely wasn’t upset at least with the Guys at The Garden Spout, but I was scratching my head because I got caught up (along with many of you) in the “Normal” perceptions of that I was visually seeing.

I did some counting today and here’s the good news (Data) I found.

Better is Not Bigger or Pretty

After more hours counting, my grumpiness went away.

Look at the Data to the right and you’ll see results that when compared to the HydroRush treated Pepper Plants in Hydroton the the results astounded me (see accompaning table below the Soil Data).

237% more Flower-Sites

While the Data was comperable on both the HydroRush treated Soil and Hydroponic Samples for Flowers (the untreated Samples are virtually the same), the results for the HydroRush treated Soil for Flower-Sites was 237% greater.

HydroRush Day 57 Comparison

Above is an example of what I observed:

Soil Plant #8
HydroRush (right):
25 Flower-Sites, 4 Flowers

Untreated (left):
19 Flower-Sites, 2 Flowers

Next, I’ll be Googling to see if it’s true that Plants only grow as tall as they need to dependant on their environment and nutirents available. Stay tuned…
