What is in HydroRush?
How does HydroRush work?
Does HydroRush contain microbes?
Why does slime build up and I get the rotten egg (H2S) smell?
I use Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2)
H2O2 at low doses can be effective and has been used to provide 02 to the growing environment, but it does not provide a food source for beneficial microbes that allows them to multiply and proliferate.
Does HydroRush increase oxygen levels in water?
Does HydroRush have an effect on the pH of my growing solution?
What does HydroRush do to my PPM in solution?
To start, we suggest you use HydroRush with mid range ppm rates of nutrients rather than highest levels or over-the-top levels. HydroRush will enhance the plant’s uptake of nutrients and will increase the presence of beneficial aerobic microbes (bacteria).
How soon will I see plant root effects?
How often do I use HydroRush?
If you have a dirty system (muddy, murky, anaerobic), we recommend use every 7 days until conditions improve.
Can I use HydroRush during Bloom and Finish?
Because HydroRush increases the uptake and efficiency of all plant nutrients, Nitrogen (N) in fertilizers will then be very prevalent.
For some gardeners the “active” uptake of Nitrogen is not desirable during this growing period and could be detrimental to your desired results.
Will HydroRush kill root rot diseases (Pythium)?
Do I still use my aeration bubbler?
What nutrients are in HydroRush?
I grow in soil. Can I use HydroRush?
We have also observed that in soil and media environments it’s common to see the root zone become compact and not have good aeration for root growth.
This is a great environment for HydroRush to show positive results.
By stimulating good bacteria growth, better nutrient utilization can occur and therefore, better plant growth.
I overdosed my nutrient tank with HydroRush. What should I do?
Symptoms of HydroRush overdose are the same as excess nutrient use by the plant. Usually seen as leaf margin burn.
The first sign of any nutrient overdose is caused by the most soluble nutrient Nitrogen (N), that in excess can cause leave margin / tip burn within a few days.
I have a partially used container of HydroRush. How long will it last?
I premix my nutrient solution in a bulk tank and then pull from it as needed. Can I mix HydroRush in my bulk nutrient reservoirs?
I brew my own compost tea. Can I use HydroRush to extend the life of my brew?
Caution: Because HydroRush increases the uptake and efficiency of all plant nutrients; Nitrogen (N) in fertilizers will then be very prevalent.
We recommend NOT to use HydroRush in your system past the first week of Bloom.
For some gardeners the “active” uptake of Nitrogen is not desirable during this growing period and could be detrimental to your desired results.
